If you are a fan of any NFL team other than the Pittsburgh Steelers, I want to welcome you to my world and show you what you have been missing. If our game is at one o'clock in the afternoon, then I will wake up around three in the morning. After my morning coffee and a quick look at the morning paper's predictions, I will get busy in the kitchen.

I usually make around 10 dozen Steelers cookies first. They are similar to gingerbread men, but they are actually football players that I decorate to look like the Steelers players. Friends have asked me why I don't make them in advance. Silly people don't realize nothing beats the freshness of Steelers cookiesbaked the same day. After the baking is started, I will wake my husband up and he packs the coolers and grills in the truck. The kids are up by this time and we are all dressed and ready to go.

We set the security system installed by adt home alarm near Richardson TX because our house is filled with valuable Steelers memorabilia. We then head to Heinz Field so we can get our regular spot by our friends. The game is still hours away, so we tailgate and have a blast. We listen to music, paint each other's faces in team colors, and eat our favorite foods til we are ready to burst. It's the perfect beginning to a Steelers game!

Jealous MAddie.

Maddie is jealous with the new baby in the house. She think that everything is hers. Even hubby's mom Maddie doesn't want her to touch anything in the house because it's Maddie's. This started when the baby was born and now it's getting worst. Hopefully, she will understand it soon. Though, she likes to say hi to the baby and kiss him but most of the time she is jealous. I guess this is normal. Have a good afternoon guys.

Store it right.

We have a lot of things to store and we don't have space to do that. So, we thought of using a Self Storage Battersea Lombard to store our stuff. With a new baby coming we really need a bigger space in the house for our kids to play with. Also, kids has a lot of things or toys and so bigger space in the house is needed. We have plan of buying a new house but not right now because it is hard to sell our old house and there's a lot of things to do with our house. Just like the garage that needed repair and some upgrade also for it to look nice and marketable.

Cabo San Lucas.

Last year for our second wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to take a trip to Cabo San Lucas. I was so excited to be able to go on a weeklong vacation to sandy beaches with my husband and to spend our time doing nothing but relaxing. What made it even better was the fact that he volunteered to plan everything out. We first started talking about visiting Cabo after watching a documentary on our Best Choice TV about the resort town. Within a month we had planned our trip. We were both on the same page about keeping it relaxing. Instead of planning lots of sight seeing, we wanted to just keep the vacation leisurely.

We decided to plan the trip for mid October since the weather ranges from 60 to 90 degrees during this time. We were so glad that we did. The weather could not have been more perfect. We spent our week enjoying our all-inclusive resort and eating fabulous food. We spent on day there visiting the artists' colony of Todos Santos. That day trip was by far one of my favorite things we did while in Cabo. The church and plaza were absolutely breathtaking and the weather was perfect. We took lots of pictures, ate and spent the day shopping and enjoying our time together.

Looking for airfare.

Hubby is on the net right now looking for an airfare for his mom to go back to Los Angeles when my mom comes here. Apparently, they only bought her a one way fare because they are not sure how long my mother in law stays here. Anyway, good thing that hubby found a cheaper fare that is non-stop. We don't want her to stay overnight in some place again. If you book a fare a week early it is 100% less than if you don't. So, it was a good deal for him and he is happy.

A great place to buy your furniture.

We are looking into buying a new Furniture this summer. But we are waiting for the clearance sale or discounts before buying one. We have been looking here in stores and online but haven't really find the perfect one that we like. Hopefully before summer ended we can find what we are looking for. Our place is too small to buy a big piece furniture and so we are looking for a decent size, affordable, great quality furniture.

Hubby's mom arrived.

What a relief knowing that hubby's mother is coming to help us out. We really need it badly. So glad to know that my mother in law is on her way. My mom is supposed to come here but on the 28 of this month. So, when my mom is here hubby's mom is going home too. Now, that hubby has a class we needed someone also to be here with us while hubby is at class. Thank you for the help.

Samurai Girl - Favorite Mini Series.

Samurai Girl is not a great mini series. It has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, and it is not going to challenge you intellectually. These are not, however, necessary requisites to create a watchable show. A watchable show nearly has to capture your attention and entertain you any way it can. This is why my favorite mini series is Samurai Girl.

The first element Samurai Girl offers is plenty of eye candy. Starring the beautiful and untalented Stacy Keibler, the show has no shortage of appeal in that department. Furthermore, the lead character is played by a former reality TV star Jamie Chung, and I watch with no small delight and schadenfreude as this person who was by far one of the most banal and uninteresting members of the Real World: San Diego cast tries to delude herself into believing she can be a real Hollywood actress. Thus before you even watch one minute of Samurai Girl's story, there is already a rich subtext to whet your appetite. The actual story has Chung, known as Heaven, fall from a plane as if from heaven, which is the sort of cheesy and hit you over the head writing that turns Samurai Girl into an epic comedy. Chung then gets attacked by Yakuza and becomes a samurai, which leads to bales of fun and laughter at the actors' expense. Truly this is my favorite mini series of them all.

Today is the first day of hubby's class. He needed one more class after this one and that's it. He is done with his master's degree. The Children's Museum.

Today after eating lunch at El Pollo Loco we went to the children's museum for Maddie to see. It was not what I expected it to be. It was fine but not that great. Maybe it's not for Maddie's age yet. Anyway, we we're there for only an hour. Maddie enjoyed it but I think she enjoyed better playing in the park inside Cherry Creek Mall. Maybe we'll go there one day when it is not crowded. Also, every weekend this month is the day with Thomas in Golden, Colorado. We we're planning to go there before but it seems not so good for me to ride the train right now. Every bump is a pain. My stomach just contract and I am scared I might go into true labor. Let's see. Maybe there's another time for that.

Going to the Movies.

Every month, I take a trip to go to movies. I usually go with my wife. She frequently picks the movie, especially if there is a good movie out that she really would like to see. I have no problems with that, especially since she has good taste in movies. I always enjoy the movies she picks out to see. Occasionally, I will also go see the latest action movie that is showing with a couple of my co-workers. Regardless of who I go with, I usually go to the same local theatre in town. I like going to the same theatre because of the familiarity it gives me. It really has grown on me. I have gotten to know the layout of the movie theatre and exactly what to expect while I am there. Most often, I go during the early afternoon because of my work schedule. My shift ends in the morning, so I am able to take advantange of the sparse crowds during that time. I always make sure to lock my car in the parking lot, just to be safe. And although the theatre is fairly close, I still make sure to set my Jacksonville FL ADT alarm systems prior to leaving for the theatre. I've always enjoyed going to the movies, and I always look forward to my next trip there.

Bought an airfare for my mom.

I finally found the best deal from LAX to Denver. My mom is coming here to help us when I give birth. She will be here for a month and a half. That is a long time for her to be off from her job. Anyway, I have to send her a copy of the e-ticket today before I forgot.

Last night we thought of going to rent a movie for Maddie but after eating dinner and talking it was late already. Hopefully, we have time later if hubby is not planning on going biking. Have a good one to all.

Had a good time in the mall.

Last Friday we went to the Cherry Creek Mall and Maddie had a good time playing in the new park inside the mall. The park was baby friendly. It was sponsored by the Children's Hospital but you still have to be their to watch your kid because there are older kids that runs around and doesn't care if the small get hurt. We plan on going back because Maddie just like it but on a week days thinking that there will be lesser people in the mall.

Hubby and I likes to watch movies every weekend. It's our get together and spending time with one another. Have you seen The Grey Whale Sessions video in youtube? I woke up early today and Maddie is still in bed. Hubby's off to work. I don't want to make a lot of noise right now waking up Maddie and so I decided to do some early morning blogging.

On the other hand, last weekend hubby and I gave some Elitch tickets to some friends and glad that they enjoyed the games in Elitch. We would have love to go to for Maddie to see the Bob the builder but it was too hot for me and the nurse in the hospital advice me not to be under the sun too much and lie down or rest more often especially if there is a contraction. So, we decided to stay home that Sunday. Anyway, there's always next year. Hubby's company sponsored this event every year for a family fun.
